The Australian Wound Management Trust is a charitable fund established to encourage tax-deductible donations to support wound practice and research.

Donations can be directed to a particular area of activity, or this can be left to the discretion of the Trustees.

Activities include the production of clinical practice guidelines (which can cost up to $500,000 each to produce and disseminate), the development of position statements, activities that increase access to appropriate wound technologies and wound research.
