Journal ~ Comfeel Literary Award

Comfeel Litersry Awards
The Comfeel Literary Awards were launched in 1994 by the Australian Wound Management Association and Coloplast Australia. The intention of the awards is to encourage both novice and experienced writers, working within the field of wound care in Australia, to share their knowledge and expertise through publication of their material.

There are three award categories which are offered annually. The first category is for the best scientific paper, the second for the best review article and third is for the best case study published within Wound Practice and Research (formally Primary Intention) in each calendar year.

To be eligible to enter for these prestigious awards the author must be the first named author of the manuscript and while not an absolute requirement it is preferable that they be members of the Australian Wound Management Association. The work described within the paper must have been undertaken within Australasia. The members of the Editorial Board of Wound Practice and Research judge the manuscripts.

The winners of the Comfeel Literary Awards will each receive a cheque for $1000.00 to be used to further their endeavours in wound management
