Conference Synopsis:
During this meeting, many aspects concerning tissue repair and regeneration will be discussed : wound assessment and management, topical wound treatment, topical negative pressure, cellular and tissue engineering, skin equivalents, growth factors and cytokines, proteases inhibitors, extracellular matrix remodeling, fetal wound healing, wounds that do not heal, ulcers, diabetic wounds, excessive scarring, burns and scar control, bacterial and fungal infections, inflammation, gene therapies, angiogenesis, stem cells, aging, apoptosis, economical aspects of wound treatment, etc.
Target Audience:
This Joint Meeting will allow useful exchanges of data and ideas between researchers in basic science and clinical practice. This meeting will provide a forum for interactive discussions among scientists, physicians, licensed practitioners, industrial representatives and governmental agencies.
