Business Plan

AWMA Business and Improvement Plan

The Australian Wound Management Association (AWMA) is a multi-disciplinary, non-profit Association consisting of persons who are committed to developing and improving wound management for all individuals through education, research, communication and networks.
The first draft Business Plan of the Association was developed in December 2003. The Plans seek to address the key issues in wound management and the Association, with subsequent plans building on the previous.

This current Plan identifies and outlines achievement strategies the Australian Wound Management Association will pursue over the next three years to meet the philosophy, objectives and goals of the Association and the needs of the membership and community at large.

This is an abridged version of the 2010-2013 AWMA Business and Improvement Plan that has been developed in consultation with the AWMA committee and State Associations via State Representatives.
